Thank you, amazing Reach! You always make me feel so loved. This has been quite a year, hasn't it?  You delight me!  And thanks to all the rest of you, too! What if? ...  Just what if, in some strange and twist-of-fate sort of way, we unexpectedly bump into each other at a time where I'm exactly one hour into my high, and you haven't had a single hit for about two days prior to the meeting? Both of us would end up making terrible first impressions, and we'd end up hating each other forever. Do you think there's any way to keep that from happening? |

Yes there is. It immediately occurs to me that one possible approach to this hypothetical problem would be for me to take the responsibility to never let you see me when I'm not high. The terrifying and weighty (if statistically unlikely) chance that we'll meet when I'm not high can be cut to zero by my making sure that I'm always high. I'm just doing this for you, Fwee, and for the sake of our friendship. It's a burden I'm willing to shoulder. |
